We catalyzes inclusive, equitable, and regenerative local solutions to meet global climate goals.

Regenerative frameworks go beyond sustainable compliance and the built environment to envision systems designed to limit extractive practices, expand nature-based solutions, and challenges us to prioritize meeting the needs of all people while respecting the limits of planetary boundaries.

Foresight strategies are creative tools of futurists to envision preferred futures. These tools stretch
our sights out 10 years to dislodge the limitations of business-as-usual in the present and often result in, often surprising, innovative solutions, approaches, systems, and processes.

We contribute to urban and rural planning initiatives and climate action plans, real estate development and non-profit affordable housing projects, think tanks, and organizations working at the neighborhood scale for resilient communities.

Great Lakes

Located on the shores of Lake Michigan in Western Michigan we serve clients nationally, however, we recognize the opportunities here at home which have shaped our outlook and priorities around the unique role that the Great Lakes play in the global climate challenge.

Did you know that the Great lakes represent 20% of the Earth's freshwater? In the US, the state of Michigan is likely to be a major National focus for climate action, moving forward.

Global climate goals focus on the scale of National or State policies are challenging for local communities to translate. We urgently need local collective action and policy so we have made it our mission to downscale neighborhood solutions for regenerative communities.
